REFUND
Return We proudly stands behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 3* days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, bar code, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item (Must be the same condition as we ship out, customer arrange to ship back the item to us ) .Return item you need to contact customerservice for RMA
Refunds: A processing fee of 20 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, the processing fee will still apply. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
The items ship back : must insure and have a signature confirmed as we are not responsible for any loss items , we are unable to refund to you unless receiving the items
Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 2 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail customerservice@erain.net . We will not be responsible for, or issue a refund, if notified after (2) business days.
Items that are returned more than 2 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion.
If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges.
ERAINSTORE reserves the right to cancel orders for products that are advertised in error, shipped in error or become unexpectedly out of stock.
No Exchanges Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. A 20% processing fee will apply to the value of the merchandies returned .some items are not refunable
Damaged items: All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Buyer should buy insurance for the package , Without insurance we can not help you anything
Defective items: An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 20 percent processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only be applied if you choose to return the item for a refund. We will certainly replace an item that was defective prior to receipt, without a restocking fee.
Return shipping: Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly
How to Return An item
1. Complete the Return Form- The Return Form needs to be filled out completely and signed before we process your return. Using this form, tell us why you are returning the item in as much detail as possible. Upon receipt of this form, we will issue an RA# for the return (please contact customerservice for RMA # or you can log in at Myaccount and request RMA)
2. Packing your return- Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box.
3. Shipping your return- If the reason for your return is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product.
4. Receipt of your item- We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return.

Credit Time Table
- RETURNS - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid with an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 7-14 business days. - This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.
